Ryan Richards, Founder of Liquid Art Brewery hosted the „One Ball, One World“ party in honor of The Ball and also to unveil Liquid Art‘s first ever 100% organic beer. The beer is aptly named „One Ball, One World“. The band Sugar Foot covered „Still Running“, the song written and recorded for The Ball’s journey by Ella and Keller Williams. The event included an auction to benefit Spirit of Football. Items included front row tickets for a DC United home match (donated by DC Scores),4 signed Keller Williams albums (thanks to Keller Williams), admission to Mercersburg Soccer day camp (donated by Mercersburg Academy), a signed Pittsburgh Steelers American Football and Spirit of Football merchandise.
Ryan Richards from Liquid Art Brewery had this to say: „This is a New Zealand style Pilsner, we sourced fresh hops from New Zealand in honor of where the Women’s World Cup will be held (2023). We sourced organic grain locally to be sustainable. We want to do our part for the planet. We have solar panels on the roof to fire our brew system and we are all about trying to be better for the environment.“
