May 20: Ambassador Ina Lepel signs The Ball and makes a pledge
During the school festival at the German School in Jakarta, the German Ambassador to Indonesia, Ina Lepel, signed The Ball and made a pledge on behalf of the Embassy to reduce their plastic usage.
Her pledge: ”On the occasion of One Ball, One World I pledge that we will reduce plastic for all our embassy functions and in the general work of the embassy by 50%” (See the full statement here).
