At its foot we enjoyed a dinner with a view onto the sea. During the ensuing walk on the beach, we happened upon a Greek wedding, whose members spontaneously invited us to join. So warmly welcomed, \u201eThe Ball\u201c enthusiastically celebrated with the wedded couple in the name of Love and was very much taken in by the hospitality of the people present. This wonderful evening was rounded off with a jump into the sea. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8574 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/spirit-of-football.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2018\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-05-15-at-15.24.50.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A little tired but in good spirits, we started off towards Mt Olympus the next morning. We drove with the car to about 1,100 meters and reached the mountain&#8217;s summit of 2,100 m after a 3-hour hike. There \u201eThe Ball\u201c received a signature at the highest point of its journey of 2018. Delighted with the the \u201edevine\u201c view and warmed up by the stove in the Spilios Agapitos hut, we braved the descent. Upon our arrival at the bottom we were quite &#8220;pooped&#8221;, but had to continue on our way to Istanbul, because <strong>\u201eThe Ball keeps on rolling\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-allowfullscreen=\"true\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/theball.tv\/videos\/10156908162453268\/\" style=\"background-color: #fff; display: inline-block;\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday, May 13th 2018 The past days showed that the \u201eThe Ball\u201c never ever stops.
